You are looking at a 32K mile, unrestored, unmodified, all original 3 owner, VR4. This extremely rare 3000GT Twin Turbo is decked out in a one-year only Turquoise shade known as Jamaican Blue Metallic. The interior (White Cream leather), Jamaican Blue Metallic Turquoise exterior paint, all body panels, entire drivetrain, wheels, spare tire and jack, even the CD player and radio are all OEM factory original units. Everything works on the car and is as close to mechanically back to new as any VR4 I have ever seen or driven. I have an extra set of keys, paperwork of all the maintenance I performed as well as the OEM owners manual. As most visiting this auction are already aware, these amazing vehicles were way ahead of their time and came equipped with active aerodynamics, all wheel drive, all wheel steering, active suspension and active exhaust. These cars were also very early adopters of driver side airbag and antilock brake technologies. Soon after purchasing this VR-4 in late 2016, I changed the brakes and tires (which were the OEM factory skins)! I also replaced the timing belt and performed the extensive 60K mile maintenance ahead of schedule. In addition, I flushed the induction system, and changed all the fluids. This car runs unbelievably smooth and shifts effortlessly in all gears. No annoying error codes or lights exist. Everything works like it did back in 1991 and you won't find a drop of oil underneath. The car also just passed emissions through 2021. Option wise, this VR-4 came with the single CD (that still works) and it still retains the original factory radio with equalizer. The climate control display and system work flawlessly. The AC blows cold and the heating system functions as it's supposed to. All gauges and power options (driver seat, windows, door locks, remote antenna, remote side view mirrors) are fully operational. The very uncommon and highly desirable Jamaican Blue Metallic Turquoise paint and White Cream leather interior shown in the pictures are OEM from the factory. The passenger seat is in very good condition and the rear seats are in mint, almost new shape. As to be expected for a 28 year old unrestored car, some minor wear from use and age exist including some cracking near the vents in the dash as well as the bolster area of the driver seat. As for the paint, some minor imperfections and a few light scratches also can be found on the exterior. Despite minor cosmetic wear in a few places, the car can be accurately described as a time capsule in excellent overall condition. Finding an unmolested, well sorted out 3000GT VR4 is a very difficult task. Finding a no-excuses, low owner, all matching numbers, unmodified 28 year old example with 32K miles in one of the rarest and most sought after colors is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
